Week 6 : Blog Stats

The outcome was very interesting! Not only people in the United States visited by blog, but also people living in Poland, Ukraine, and Geramany viewed by blog. Going worldwide, huh? In addtion to that I was really surprised by the fact that my Week 3 post had the most views among all other posts. The reason I think that post got the highest view is because I inserted a picture of Twitter's blue bird for the first time before writing down my thoughts. Also, I think the second reason is related to how I organized my text. Rather than just directly beginning my text about the main subject, I provided an interesting fact and findings related to Twitter before starting off to arouse viewer's interest.
To increase views to the blog and to increase the number of followers you have to put a lot of effort to it because there ain't no such thing as a free lunch. But we can make it by keeping these things in mind. First, giving an interesting title that summarizes the whole text is very important because people tend to read the title first and decide whether they think this information is helpful to them or not. Second, if a person follows you, follow that person back so both can interact with one another. Third, like I said in the previous paragraph, inserting a picture related to the text can attract people's attention. Forth, using a readable font, proper font size and color is the basics for blogging. Furthermore, we can apply the findings we learned from last week's case study.

Hi! It's very interesting that your post with pictures had the highest views. It certainly is a great way to catch people eyes. That and an interesting title, as you said, is a great way to get people to click on your post.
